Rental Terms
We are committed to allowing you the freedom to host the event YOU want. In order to ensure all our guests are safe and happy, we kept our rental agreement simple and reasonable. Review our terms, and please reach out if you need any clarification. You will be asked to accept our terms at the time of booking.

A non-refundable deposit in the amount of $55 USD is due at the time of booking. Any remaining balance is due ten (10) days before the scheduled event. The remaining balance may auto-charged if payment is not received within five (5) days of the scheduled event.

All payments made are final and non-refundable. In the instance of a cancellation, any balance paid will be applied to future service.

Clients are responsible for any breakage, loss, or damage to the fixtures, equipment, furnishings, and permanent structures in the Venue (including but not limited to floors, walls and doors) that occurs during the rental period. The Client will be invoiced for the repair, replacement, or restoration of the damaged or lost item(s) to its original condition. Such charges will reflect the current market value or the actual cost of repair or replacement, whichever is higher. Payment for such damages or losses shall be due immediately upon receipt of the invoice.

Clients may enter the Venue up to 15 minutes before their scheduled time. Please take set-up time into consideration before booking and choose your time allotment accordingly. Clients will also have a 15-minute grace period following their event time for any necessary wrap-up. Should the Client or any of their guests/service providers occupy the venue beyond 15 minutes, an additional $30 per half-hour charge will apply.

Clients will agree to comply with all local noise ordinances and regulations, keeping noise levels to a minimum between the hours of 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Sound amplification systems must be managed responsibly to avoid disturbances. We reserve the right to monitor sound levels at any event. If noise levels are deemed excessive by the Venue’s management or by a relevant authority, the Client must reduce the volume immediately upon notification. Failure to comply will result in immediate action, which may include, but is not limited to, termination of the event and/or additional charges to cover any fines or legal costs incurred by the Venue due to the Client's non-compliance. Carrie's Venue shall not be held liable for any consequences arising from the Client's failure to adhere to noise control regulations.

All-Day Rentals are classified as 8+ hours. The venue is open from 8am to 10pm, and you may have access during that entire period.

Our 1400-square-foot venue can comfortably hold up to 50 guests.

24-48 hours before your event, you will be emailed with a door code as well as further instructions. No check-in is necessary!

All alcohol is BYOB and not to be served to minors under any circumstances. We have a kitchen for food and drink preparation; we just ask that you take any uneaten portions with you. Check out our preferred vendor list if you’d rather leave the preparation to someone else.

There is a public parking lot off the alleyway that runs behind the building. There is also plenty of on-street parking along Harding Way and cross streets.

We’re not too fussy, but we ask that you refrain from using tape on all painted surfaces. There are plenty of affordable non-damaging options available.

Yes! We do! We were inspired to offer this as a service after realizing the impact of the work done by our sister company, Cleaning By Carrie. Offering post-event clean-up is something we are proud to bring to the table as extra peace-of-mind.
